  • Identity check: We may request additional confirmation (e.g., replying from the original email or providing a recent order reference) to protect your data.
  • Response window: We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and complete validated deletion requests within 15 business days when technically feasible.
  • Confirmation: Once completed, we will confirm what was deleted and highlight any records retained for legal or accounting purposes.

  • Revoke access: Remove Trippy's Food access from your Facebook or Google account settings to stop future data sharing.
  • Tell us to delete linked data: Contact us with the email/phone associated with your social login so we can delete locally stored profile or inquiry details.
